Initial engagement of three years, extendable by up to two years in one-year increments. Work allocated on a 60-40 basis between L1 and L2 bidders at L1-matched rates.
First empanelment of the firm with a national-scale infrastructure authority, opening structured access to NHAI's highway project portfolio. Creates reference standing for comparable mandates across central infrastructure bodies (NHIDCL, Railways, transmission PSUs) and state highway departments where the NHAI empanelment operates as peer-reviewed technical validation.
